Chef Alex Untila, born in Moldova and raised on the picturesque island of Santorini,discovered his deep passion for cooking from an early age.
Through dedication and relentless
practice, he evolved into a highly skilled professional, earning prestigious roles in some of Greece’s finest kitchens. His career includes stints at renowned establishments such as Cu Up Sani Resort, Gaspar, Kiku, Izakaya, Scorpina, and the esteemed Cavo Tagoo hotels in Mykonos and Santorini, where his culinary mastery garnered high praise. Over the past three years, he has successfully led the kitchens at Wet Stories Perivolos, along with acclaimed restaurants Zuzu, Sapiens, and Fino, securing his position at the forefront of the culinary world with his inventive and creative approach.
Chef Alex’s culinary philosophy revolves around an innovative fusion of Mediterranean and Asian flavors, offering unique gastronomic experiences. Drawing inspiration from the rich bounty of Mediterranean ingredients, he artfully combines them with delicate Asian influences,
